Parking Bureaucracy in Kuwait

This is a clear cut case where the needs of the few and well off outweigh the needs of the many.

This parking lot was designed for all employees to be treated equally and fairly on a first come, first served basis. Many a times, from the vantage point of my office window, one could spot quite a few cars parked in irregular areas for lack of proper parking space.

Solution?

As you can see, there is obviously a parking problem, with not enough space to accommodate the cars… solution? (notice the Parking Barricade?)

The good people in Management decided to cordon off an area that can accommodate no less than 20 vehicles in order for a handful of “Executives” to feel Executive.
