The Path less Travelled – Passing the Exam

The quest for education is one filled with several trials and tribulations, in the end, the journey is worthwhile, as you are able to rest under the shade of the tree of knowledge who’s seeds you planted by striving to acquire knowledge.

For that that do not know, I have been attempting to clear an examination to become certified in my own right, finally, after several failures, I stand before to proclaim myself a Certified Management Accountant.

The road was not easy, as you can see from the images shown below, textbooks were condensed into notes, notes were condensed into single-page summaries, questions were answered over and over until the brain was fried. Failure was taken in stride.

Never stop demanding knowledge, for it is as Jason Statham taught us in Crank, when you stop you die.

These are the textbooks I used, and the notes I made

2 days before my exam I purchased this, and used Google to contact the seller in the US as the pdf version was not sent as hastily as I had hoped

when it came time to answer Qs, in an effort to save paper, I would answer on a fresh sheet in pencil, then when it was full id write over it in blue, then red, then black

the culmination of knowledge - the 3 sets of textbooks on the left side were condensed into the red&black notebook, which was condensed into the black 5 Subject notebook, which was condensed into the notepad on the far right
